Garden Day is committed to supporting children and families. Our small, homelike preschool program emphasizes the relationships children have with themselves, their families, and the larger world. How do we be mad at someone we love? How do we listen? How do we use our big voice when we need to? .

Wednesday, May 5, 2010. Julianne told a wonderful story about kites and had a very cute kite project afterwords. When the kites dried and the bellies were filled they ran around in the garden with them. Beautiful! Thanks Penny and Eliana for sending pictures! Sunday, April 18, 2010. Not only you get rid of your leftovers, you get something in return. After storytelling the kids got into the compost and had fun looking at the critters. Tuesday, April 6, 2010.

Sunday, September 4, 2011. All they needed was a mouth and red needed eyes. Friday, July 29, 2011. Drawing Zen Tangle, is something most of us did in middle school. Now it is published in books or googled. Drawing zen tangles has been great fun. The director at the Twelve Art Center, suggested that I have yardage made of my design. This is so cool! .
